Summit Contracting Group has started construction on an affordable housing multifamily development called Reserve at Douglasville. The project site is located on Dallas Highway in Douglasville, GA, on the west side of the Atlanta Metro Area.
Reserve at Douglasville will be a pet friendly community comprised of one, two and three bedroom apartment homes as well as three bedroom townhomes. Floor plans will include modern amenities you would expect to find in a luxury home, at affordable rental rates: a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with energy-efficient appliances, exceptional closet space, ceiling fans, and full-size washer and dryer connections in every unit.
The construction will consist of 286 units in 16 buildings; (11) three-story apartment buildings, five town-home buildings, and a total square footage of 319,820. Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, gazebo, mailroom, maintenance building, two courtyards with pavilions and a playground.
Construction is planned to be complete in December 2022.
