Chief Administrative Officer

Aaron began his career at Summit Contracting Group in 2014 as Director of Client Relations after graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Business and Entrepreneurial Management. He was then promoted to Chief Administrative Officer in 2023.

His initial role supported the Business Development team, using his previous experience in the hospitality industry to focus on building and maintaining client relations. Through assisting company leadership with executive administration tasks, it quickly became evident that Aaron’s strong work ethic and business mind would prove valuable to the company on a much larger scale.

Aaron learned the business side of day-to-day operations and all the administrative tasks through his years at Summit. His insights are instrumental in improving procedures that directly affect the overall success of the company and the staff.

Now as CAO, Aaron takes full ownership of his role with a clear mission to help further operations that increase employee engagement, improve efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the bottom line for the company.
