Jeramiah Brown’s career in construction began at a young age, growing up with most of his immediate family working in the industry. Spending most of his career prior to Summit out in the field, Jeramiah came to Summit as an Assistant Project Manager in 2015 with a deep understanding of what it takes to take a set of plans and turn it into a successful project. He continued to learn and develop as a leader which eventually brought him to his current position.
As a Vice President, Jeramiah manages all phases of the construction of high-profile multifamily developments, starting with the building of relationships with developers. He oversees multiple Project Managers who prepare and administer budgets of 40+ million dollars, leads and supervises other general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors. Together, the project team is responsible for the delivery of projects to clients on schedule and within budget.
