Director of Safety

Jon Lovejoy oversees safety policies and training for Summit employees in the field and performs safety compliance inspections of construction projects. He brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a compliance manager, educator, and safety director. Jon began his career in Architecture at Syracuse University, but soon found a home as an assistant superintendent and project manager with a regional Atlanta, GA-based homebuilder. This career path has allowed him the opportunity to work with commercial GCs and subcontractors as a third party consultant, and his expertise has always lived in the residential arena, especially wood frame single- and multi-family construction.
