KERRY LIM

Division Vice President

Kerry has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry including Multifamily and Class A Commercial builds. He started at Summit as a Project Manager in 2014, and proved to be a valued team member with demonstrated passion for the industry and leadership skills. He was promoted to Division Manager in July of 2018. Kerry holds a B.S. in Building Construction from Virginia Tech and is a Certified LEED Green Associate. When he’s not building apartments, Kerry enjoys spending time with his family.

As a Division VP, Kerry manages all phases of the construction of high-profile multifamily developments, starting with the building of relationships with developers. He oversees multiple Project Managers who prepare and administer budgets of 40+ million dollars, leads and supervises other general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors. Together, the project team is responsible for the delivery of projects to clients on schedule and within budget.
