As a Vice President, Rob manages all phases of the construction of high-profile multifamily developments, starting with the building of relationships with developers. He oversees multiple Project Managers who prepare and administer budgets of 40+ million dollars, leads and supervises other general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors. Together, the project team is responsible for the delivery of projects to clients on schedule and within budget.
Rob’s career in construction began at a young age, spending most of his childhood working with his father who owned a small construction company. Once old enough to venture out on his own, Rob spent several years in the field as a Superintendent where he developed a strong work ethic and knack for leadership. He landed a job as an Assistant Project Manager, and was quickly promoted to Project Manager running multiple projects. Rob’s dedication and hard work continued to pay off once he joined Summit, as his natural leadership skills and hard work were rewarded with quickly being promoted to Division Manager in 2021.
