The Groundbreaking

Community Partnerships Bring a Project to Life
groundbreaking of boys and girls clubs
Special Thanks to Community Partners

The expansion project was made possible by generous support, insight and vision from local community partners of the Boys and Girls Clubs: Baxter E. Luther Family, Phyllis Arnold and family, Paul and Caren Felker and family, Sally Lott and family, Deerwood Rotary Club, Arlington Rotary Club, and PQH Group.

PQH Group is the architectural team on the project, as well as longtime supporters of the Boys & Girls Club organization. They contributed their services, and played a critical role in bringing together the people necessary to realize the project in collaboration with the Deerwood Rotary.

Summit received an overwhelming response from subcontractors as well, covering nearly half of the construction cost with contributions of their time, expertise, and materials.

See more photos below of the project’s groundbreaking, construction, and the finished results.
