JACKSONVILLE, FL, FEBRUARY 19, 2019: Summit Contracting Group, a Multifamily General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Luxury Apartments at eTown, a market rate multifamily development in South Jacksonville, FL.
Luxury Apartments at eTown will consist of 332 high-end units in seven buildings. Amenities include a leasing center, clubhouse, mail kiosk, swimming pool, fitness center, business center, dog wash area, dog park, grilling stations with fire pits, and a walking trail along a lakefront.
The developer is Catalyst Development Partners and the architect is Humphrey’s & Partners Architects/Florida, LLC.
