The project site is located in the growing City of Kissimmee, Southwest of Orlando near the master-planned community of Reunion, and just minutes from Disney World.
Sentosa Sinclair will consist of 288 units in 10 buildings, with a total square footage of 367,043. Luxury amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, mail kiosk, outdoor dining and grill area, playground, and a dog park.
Construction is planned to be complete in January of 2021. The Developer is Sentosa Sinclair Apartments, LLC and the architect is ARC3 Architecture, Inc.
Summit is also the general contractor on San Mateo Crossing, another market rate multifamily project in Kissimmee, that is currently leasing and planned to be completed in late 2019.
