Macie Creek is an affordable housing multifamily development located in Middleburg, Florida. It will consist of 96 units in four three-story buildings and total net square footage of 75,720. Amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, pavilion, dog park, and mail kiosk.
Construction is scheduled to be complete in October 2020. The developer is Vestcor and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
