Summit celebrated the Top Out Milestone for ELEVATE West Village in Cobb County, GA this week with a BBQ lunch. Together with donations from Branch Properties, our incredible subcontractors and vendors, we hosted a raffle to give away over 30 prizes!
This high density mixed-use multifamily development consists of 313 units; amenities include a 3,000-square-foot public library, parking garage, as well as a fitness center, dog park, pool and courtyard for residents.
