The Reserve at Oakleaf is a garden style multifamily development that will consist of 270 units in nine buildings, and total square footage of 322,290. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, garages, dog park, maintenance building and mail kiosk. Construction has started and is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2021. The developer is Chadbourne V LLC, and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
