This market rate multifamily development is located in close proximity to I-95 and conveniently located near major metropolitan areas such as Jacksonville and Daytona.
Tuscan Reserve will consist of 107 units in (6) three-story buildings, (3) eight-bay detached garages and a total square footage of 121,356. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, summer kitchen, dog park, as well as resort style landscaping.
In the spirit of celebrating new partnerships, a Groundbreaking Ceremony was held onsite Thursday, March 12th to kick-off construction in Palm Coast, Florida. Both Summit and the community’s developer, Stoneweg US, LLC were in attendance among others involved in the project. Leadership from both companies spoke on the excitement surrounding Tuscan Reserve, which marks the first project Summit and Stoneweg have worked on together.
