Summit has started construction on a market rate multifamily development called The Residences at SweetBay. The project is part of the master planned waterfront development of SweetBay (https://www.sweetbayfl.com/) in Panama City, FL.
The Residences at SweetBay will consist of 360 units in 6 buildings, plus a clubhouse building and surface parking. Total square footage is 427,116.
One, two and three bedroom floorplans will be outfitted with premium finishes like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, plank flooring and modern cabinetry.
Community amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, co-working spaces, courtyards, resort style pool and spa, playground, dog park, pet washing station, putting greens, garages, nature trails and nearby bay access.
Construction is planned to be complete in the Fall of 2022.
