Summit Contracting Group has started construction on a market rate multifamily development called The Avery at River City Marketplace.
The project site is located on Duval Road, west of I-95 on Jacksonville’s northside, three miles from the Jacksonville International Airport.
This project will bring high quality multifamily homes to Jacksonville’s Northside near growing employment and retail options.
The Avery at River City Marketplace will consist of 270 units in nine three-story buildings, with a clubhouse and six five-bay garage buildings. Amenities include the clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor summer kitchen with grilling areas, fire pit area, dog walking path and a dog park. Total square footage is 335,155.
Construction is planned to be complete in Summer of 2022.
