NOVO Markets West is a market rate multifamily development with a garden style construction type.
The project site is located in southwest Gainesville, FL on SW 13th Road, off of Tower Road.
Residents will enjoy being in the heart of SW Gainesville, considered the gateway to local points of interest to the west such as Haile Plantation and Tioga Town Center, to the north such as North Florida Regional Medical Center, and to the east such as The University of Florida, Butler Plaza and Celebration Pointe.
NOVO Markets West will consist of 300 units in 10 three-story buildings, with a clubhouse and seven five-bay garage buildings. Amenities include the clubhouse with a fitness center, dog park and a swimming pool.
Construction is planned to be complete in the fall of 2022.
