February 10, 2026: Summit Contracting Group broke ground on Olea on 126, an affordable housing development in Largo, Pinellas County, FL.
Olea on 126 will offer a mix of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes for families earning between 40% and 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The community will include three four-story, elevator-served residential buildings and feature amenities such as a community clubhouse, outdoor pool, and playground. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in the Summer of 2027.
