June 6, 2018: Summit has started construction on Home Street Apartments in the San Marco Neighborhood of Jacksonville, FL. This development will bring studio, 1, and 2 bedroom apartments to a great location that is in the Southbank area of Downtown, I-95, nearby hospitals, retail and restaurants.
Home Street Apartments will consist of 147 units in 1 building, with a parking garage, and total net square footage of 120,399. Amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, private courtyards, and a swimming pool. Construction is planned to be complete in the fall of 2019.
