NOVEL Nashville West is designed to be a social hub for residents, located a quick drive from Downtown in West Nashville near the 201 exit of Interstate 40. This community will consist of 435 units in 6 buildings and extensive amenities including a clubhouse, fitness center, courtyards for outdoor entertaining, resort-style pool with cabanas, pet wash station, maintenance building, trash enclosure, package storage, and covered parking spaces.
Construction is planned to be complete in late 2020. The Developer is Crescent Communities and the Architect is Dwell Design Studios, LLC.
