Last week, Summit Contracting hosted another project site tour for students from the UNF Construction Management Program. Division Manager, Tacy McGinty, took the students to Fusion where they learned about the framing process of this high-density wood frame project.
Fusion will consist of 384 high-end apartment units in three wood frame buildings with a five story parking garage. Resort-style amenities include a swimming pool, pavilion, clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, play area, dog park, and car care area.
