Summit has started construction on Legacy at Encore, a five-story wood frame, 228-unit multifamily community with a parking garage. This market rate project is located within the master-planned development, Encore!, in the Downtown Tempo District of Tampa.
Legacy at Encore will offer studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include a fitness center with a yoga/spin studio, internet café with computers and coffee bar, heated saltwater pool with cabanas and lounges, outdoor living room, community kitchen with grilling stations, a dog run, and a five-story parking garage.
This is the 3rd Project Summit is building in Downtown Tampa concurrently. Also under construction are The Independent and Novel Midtown.
