Summit Contracting Group has broken ground and started on the site work and foundations for a new multifamily community called Reunion Apartments. This market rate development is located just Southwest of Orlando in Davenport, FL, near the Reunion Resort and Disney attractions.
Reunion Apartments will consist of 280 units in 7 buildings with four levels of wood frame, and total square footage of 327,865.
The community will offer studio, one, two and three bedroom living options. Future residents will enjoy a swimming pool, pool courtyard with cabanas, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, and garages will be available.
Construction has started and is scheduled to be completed in early 2022. Summit is the general contractor, the developer is Catalyst Development Partners, and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
