Summit has started construction on a market rate multifamily development called Sentosa Riverview. The project site is located on Highway 301 in Riverview, a Tampa suburb south of Brandon.
Sentosa Riverview will consist of 368 units in 9 buildings, with square footage of 375,212.
Luxury amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, mail kiosk, outdoor dining and grill area, playground, a dog park, and garages.
Summit is also the general contractor for four other projects in Tampa, all currently under construction: The Foundry NoHo, The Independent, Legacy at Encore, and Novel Midtown Tampa.
