NASHVILLE, TN, NOVEMBER 30, 2020:
Summit has started construction on a market rate multifamily development called Northtown Gardens. The project site is located in Mt Juliet, a growing area outside of Nashville, TN.
Northtown Gardens will have 360 units in 12 buildings, with square footage of 364,680. Community amenities will include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, mail kiosk, playground, green spaces, and garages.
Also under construction in the greater Nashville area is Novel West Nashville which is scheduled to be complete in 2021. Summit anticipates at least one more project breaking ground in Nashville by early 2021.
