East Bay Flats is located on 18 acres at Tyndall Parkway/US Highway 98 and one mile from Bay County’s largest employer, Tyndall Airforce Base for which it will provide housing. It is also seven miles from Panama City, where major retail and dining and attractions can be found. Future residents will enjoy on-site access to boat slips, a waterfront swimming pool, private beach and a dog park.

Construction is planned to be complete in Fall 2022. The developer is East Bay Partners, a joint venture between RH Ledbetter Properties and Windcrest Partners, and the architect is Group 4 Design.
