The project site is located across Beachwalk Boulevard from the 348-unit Phase I, which was renamed The Elysian. Future residents will be right next door to the Beachwalk Club Crystal Lagoon, part of the master-planned Beachwalk community in St Johns, Florida.
Sentosa Beachwalk Phase II will consist of 298 units in six four-story buildings. The project has a total of 390,100 gross square feet.
Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, pool pavilion, kids park, dog park, and detached garages.
Construction is planned to be complete in December 2022.
