General contractor Summit Contracting Group has started construction on The Hudson, a market rate multifamily development. The project site is located just north of Orlando’s MetroWest neighborhood, on South Kirkman Road.
The Hudson will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 707 sq. ft. to 1,249 sq. ft. The development will have 320 units in ten buildings (eight three-story and two four-story buildings).
Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool, grilling area, outdoor fitness space with jogging loop, dog park, and detached garages. Total square footage is 361,012.
Construction is planned to be complete in early 2023.
