Multifamily general contractor Summit Contracting Group has started construction on Story at Mundy Mill, a garden style market rate multifamily development.
The project site is in Oakwood, Georgia, a suburban neighborhood near Gainesville’s downtown square. The community is just west of I-985 on Mundy Mill Road and Millside Parkway.
Story at Mundy Mill will consist of 300 units 3-story buildings with a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Amenities will include a clubhouse and fitness room adjacent to the leasing office, leading to the pool deck and outdoor grilling area. The total square footage of the project is 355,940. Construction is scheduled to be complete Fall of 2023.
