Multifamily general contractor Summit Contracting Group has started construction on a second multifamily project in the master-planned community of eTown (https://www.etownjax.com/) in Jacksonville, FL. The project, known as VOLTA, is adjacent to The Menlo apartments that Summit completed construction for in August 2020.
VOLTA is a Class ‘A’ multifamily development that will include 337 units in six buildings that are three and four stories. Floor plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that are all styled with granite countertops, tile backsplashes, washer and dryer, and fresh modern comfort.
Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, leasing office, swimming pool, pavilion with lounge area, event lawn, dog park and garages. The total square footage is 415,909. Construction is planned to be complete in Fall of 2023.
