Construction is starting on “Trevesta Place Apartments,” a modern luxury apartment community located in the master-planned Trevesta Community (https://trevesta.com/).
Trevesta Place is located in Palmetto, FL, a burgeoning submarket of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Bradenton. Future residents will live a short distance from beautiful Tampa Bay, nature trails, and enjoy excellent schools, golf courses, restaurants and retail.
The development will include 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes, ranging in size from 770 to 1248 SF. There are a total of 256 units and all will be fashioned with modern finishes like granite countertops, tile backsplashes, washer and dryer, and plenty of closet space.
